When is cancellation available?
By agreement, under a clause in the contract, by court order for non-performance, or automatically where performance becomes impossible. Cancelling on your own without a basis is risky. We confirm which route applies before you send a notice.
How is restitution worked out?
We list what each party paid, delivered and spent, and prepare a net position. Services already performed are valued. Where goods cannot be returned, their value is considered. This schedule is the core of a cancellation claim.
What about deposits and advance payments?
They return to the payer if the contract ends through the other side's default, subject to proven set-off. If the payer is in default, the other side may keep part, though a court can review an excessive amount. See penalty clauses.

Does cancellation cancel the whole contract?

Can I get back an advance payment?
