What we do and who we act for

We represent businesses, investors, contractors, developers, shareholders and individuals in Dubai and across the UAE. Our work is disputes: money owed, contracts broken, projects stalled, property in question, and allegations that threaten someone's reputation or liberty.

Our office is in Business Bay, Dubai. We handle matters from the first legal notice through to enforcement, and we appear for clients before the relevant UAE courts.

How we think about a case

An accusation is not a conviction, and a claim is not a judgment. Before we recommend a step, we want to know the facts, the documents and what the client actually needs: money back, a contract enforced, an exit, or a defence. Then we tell you plainly what is strong, what is weak, and what it will cost in time and effort.

Where we sit alongside the firm's criminal practice

This practice concentrates on commercial, construction, real estate and selected criminal matters: cybercrime, defamation, blackmail, threats and serious violent offences. General criminal procedure and other offence categories are handled through the firm's separate criminal law practice.
