What do we look at first?
The registration history at the Dubai Land Department, the sale and purchase documents and the money trail. Registered title is powerful, but it is not always the end of the matter if a transfer was obtained by fraud, mistake or breach of an agreement.
How does a payer without a title argue ownership?
By showing who paid the price, what was agreed and how the property was used, supported by transfers and messages. These claims depend on a clear chronology and on documents created at the time, not later.
What remedies are possible?
Declarations of entitlement, correction or annulment of registration in suitable cases, compensation or a negotiated division. Speed matters when a sale to a third party is possible. See title deed disputes.
